About Dr. Robinson

Dr. Narda Robinson

Narda G. Robinson, DO, DVM, MS, FAAMA, is a leading authority on scientific integrative medicine. With more than 20 years of experience in practicing, teaching, and writing about integrative medical approaches in both veterinary and human osteopathic medicine, Dr. Robinson helps healthcare professionals sort fact from fiction.

In 1998, she launched the first integrative medicine service at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO. Dr. Robinson held the only professorship at a veterinary college designed specifically to investigate the merits of integrative medicine.

As an accomplished author and teacher, Dr. Robinson teaches a variety of popular, scientific-based continuing-education courses, ranging from medical acupuncture and massage to botanical approaches and photomedicine.

 

Dr. Robinson founded the CuraCore Integrative Medicine & Education Centers through which to teach human and veterinary healthcare providers the foundational knowledge and skills to practice scientific integrative medicine.

Dr. Robinson holds a Bachelor of Arts (AB) degree from Harvard/Radcliffe, a doctorate in osteopathic medicine (DO) from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, a doctorate in veterinary medicine (DVM), and a master’s degree (MS) in biomedical sciences  from the Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. After achieving the status of Fellow within the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture, she began serving on the American Board of Medical Acupuncture.
