Online Course:  Foundational Tai Ji Ch’uan

This course comprises five segments of introduction to “mother forms”, internal body dynamics, and meditation.  Learn the principles of movement that is associated with proper body mechanics and mindfulness.  The material expresses deeper aspects of the inner art instead of simply the exercise aspects.  Course length is over 2 hours total.  Length for each module is presented below.

Registrants gain online access to the course for three months.  The course is presented on the Litmos Learning Management System and the videos will be available for viewing on a variety of devices.

Cost:  $60 (Introductory Rate)
