CuraCore Academy Talks Episode 1: Escaping Tunnel Vision – Differential Diagnosis for Inappetence

In this discussion, Narda G. Robinson, DO, DVM, MS, FAAMA and Nancy Bureau, DVM, cVMA, CCRP, consider differential diagnoses for inappetence in small animals. Dr. Robinson, the CEO and Founder of CuraCore VET and CuraCore MED, provides science-based instruction in integrative medicine and rehabilitation. Dr. Bureau runs Left Hand Animal Hospital in Niwot, CO, as co-owner, medical acupuncturist, and veterinary rehabilitator. She also teaches in Dr. Robinson’s Medical Acupuncture for Veterinarians program. Together, Drs. Robinson and Bureau seek to elevate standards of care in veterinary medicine. Here, they discourse on various etiologies of anorexia / inappetence in dogs and cats in order to remind veterinarians to look at the causes of disorders in animals rather than rush to treatments that miss the mark.
